P-N, though your information doesn't bode well for my situation, it does actually make sense. Woe is me... I'll spare everyone the question as to why they have Б visas in the first place. Thanks.

Officially Davemo the Visa you have does not give you an exemption to the 90/180 day rule and offically time in country cannot be extended by the OVIR should you want to register under the pretext of that Visa.
