I Do remember Reading in perhaps the Kiev Post or Whats On Mag,
somewhere in Kiev that Requests Blood Donations,Surely this would be a Free and Safe Test,

I am guessing that the citizens can get tested for free. Personally, if it was my arm OR I wanted to be absolutely certain of the results, I would go to American Medical Center or EuroLAB for hygiene and security's sake. Then the report would be paid...
