Sent messages?

So, I've noticed that there is an "outbox" folder, but that sent messages aren't saved there.  Can we get a sent messages feature?  It can be good for referring back to a message if the other party's answer doesn't have a quote in it.  I like the idea.  

Although, maybe I'm just missing something?  Is there already such a feature?

Profile...Personal Message Options...check box marked save a copy of all PM's in my outbox       

                                               OR

check the little box marked save this message in outbox on each mail you want to save
