My Girlfreind  and one of her Freinds took me to Kalinka Malinka,Prospect Mayakovska 47,Kiev,on the Left Bank last Friday Night,it is regularly advertised on the Radio-Kiss?,50 Hgrivnas Entry Each cover charge, 400 Hgrivnas for a table  and the 400 is Deducted from the Total Bill,Normal Local people with the Odd Guest,Very Few "Working Girls". Music was Moderate, We danced and Enjoyed Ourselves,Probably my First and Last visit.
I Do know a Nice Quiet Cafe/Bar in Malaya Zhitomirskaya that likes a minimum spend of 200 Hgrivnas a Table on a Friday and Saturday Night,Many other places  in Kiev (eg; The Drum) are starting to use this Policy  .
