USD/Hryvnia exchange rate from fixed to floating rate system

Since May, the USD/Hryvnia official exchange rate system has been changed from fixed to a floating exchange rate system. The National Bank of Ukraine will let the exchange rate float by +/- 5% to 10% around the current official rate of 4.85. Any future adjustments will be a well kept secret from politicians and business men in order to avoid any insider "trading".
