When you look at the candidates, makes you glad you live in Odessa Carl.  At least ours is a reliable, steady, middle of the road guy.

True but it wasn't always like this. You missed the former mayor, the evil Ruslan Bodelan, who now lives in Moscow off his ill-gotten gains, having fled there along with many others to avoid criminal charges. As always, the losers were the Ukrainian people and not forgetting the inhabitants of Odessa due to his selling off city property including land.

For those expats who are unaware, your more friendly accommodating mayor has his own site.
