Reportedly most Ukrainians dont want to work according to offical information. Productivity in the work force has improved only among white collar workers. Reportedly the average monthly pay in Ukraine is now 1,750 Hryvnia or about $350. This compares to Germany where the average pay is 10X higher!!! German workers also work 4 hour less per week than Ukrainians. Perhaps the low motivation among Ukrainians can have something to do with the low pay? - something still exisiting from Soviet times. Ukrainians prefer to work in Europe when they can - some reportedly go as far away as South Korea and Japan to make a decent living.  Undecided
