Mayor Of Moscow Banned From Ukraine

Apparantly Ukraine has banned the Mayor of Moscow from Ukraine with effect from today.

Anyone know what he said to upset the SSU?

Wasn't it last year that he referred to Sevastopol as a southern suburb of Moscow?  He also made a big point of speaking in Russian rather than Ukrainian or maybe made a critical comment about the signs not being in Russian.  He was accused a couple of years ago of inciting a riot down in Crimea when he made a reference to them gaining autonomy and possibly rejoining Russia.

Maybe some of that is urban legend or hearsay but I heard that about him a year or two ago.
