Video Rentals in Kiev?

OK, I know about Yakaboo.  While I understand their desire to be legit, Hollywood isn't playing along.  Most studios will only let them sell videos, not rent.  It seems like only 25% of their videos are available for rent.  

Any place besides Yakaboo where you can rent the full range of videos available?  And that have videos in English?  DVD or VHS.
