Fortress Chelsea has not been Breached in Over 4 Years in the League  Grin and i Do Not Expect Portsmouth to do it Wink
I Fancy a 1-0 OR 2-0

This Record will get Beaten one day Though

Chelsea have Not lost a league game at the Bridge since the 1-2 reverse to Arsenal on 21 February 2004 (won 60, drawn 22). Not lost in 103 domestic matches in front of the home faithful.

Arsenal,Chelsea and Man Utd should be Home Bankers.

Steve, I am not sure how Nik will feel upon reading your post!

C'mon the Pompey Crew ......... knock the stuffing out of the Chelskov Poofters!

Current odds - Chelsea 1/3, Draw 7/2, Portsmouth 10/1 - so I will stick an imaginary 100 notes on Portsmouth.

Chelsea (from): Cech, Cudicini, Bosingwa, Belletti, Terry, Carvalho, Alex, A Cole, J Cole, Lampard, Essien, Ballack, Deco, Mikel, Anelka, Wright-Phillips, Malouda, Pizarro, di Santo.

Portsmouth (from): James, Johnson, Campbell, Distin, Hreidarsson, Utaka, Diop, Diarra, Kranjcar, Defoe, Crouch, Lauren, Cranie, Kaboul, Thomas, Traore, Kanu, Mvuemba, Wilson, Ashdown.

Having not won at Stamford Bridge in over 50 years I fear he is correct Carl - I will be happy with 3 points from our first 3 games to be honest considering who we have and where they are being played.  A draw today will be a nice result for me.  If there was a "praying" icon I would be pressing it like mad  Wink Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Chelsea 3 - 0 Portsmouth at half time.  The Chelsea performance has been outstanding, have we touched the ball yet?  Roll Eyes

Could well be 6 - 0 before the game is finished  Embarrassed Roll Eyes Cry

My predictions, for what it's worth: Manchester United to win the league again, and the three newly-promoted sides to go back down. Manchester City and Middlesborough will just escape. I can see Aston Villa, Totenham and Arsenal fighting for fourth...

Well, Jon, you are at odds with the entire "Match of the Day" team. Both pundits and the presenter favoured the Chelskov team to take the Championship by storm this season.

Out of interest, on the assumption that you believe the top two will be United and Chelskov, Villa, Spurs and Arsenal will be fighting for fourth place ............... who is your favoured third? Happy Hammers?
