Great match but ruined by the admission prices, the game wasnt even sold out and many empty seats, incredibly tickets were available on the night but at 300gr and 400gr thats no surprise.

Spartak fans added to it, great noise from them and they had to contend with Georgia flags in the crowd and one cracking banner of a Dinamo fan eating salo. Lots of political sentiment in the air I could sense.

Spartak looked atrocious to be honest but top marks to Dinamo for killing them off early!

More police that you see at British games, saw 200 Spartak coming down past the President Building 100 handed totally unescorted, that would never be the case in Britain these days.

I went 5 mins before the end and it was worth it to escape the crowds and mayhem after.

All in all not a bad night

Thanks for the linkn RJM!!   Grin Grin
I watch football a lot .
I have gotten higlights of soccer games in other leagues before but fist time I see one of the Dinamo!! or Ukraine teams in general...
Cool !
Actually not so cool... Sad Sad sometimes defenders are "Just Painted" to put in a visual way...

..after seeing the video... Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked
What to say ...
The thing is ,that when someone scores and the defenders are poor( including goalkeeper )( to say in a polite way.....) .. takes away a little bit the credit of the Scorer......or even wanting to applaud..

In the first goal : the goalkeeper had a " makable stop oportunity " and then .....
....the ball just slips between his fingers......And 2 defenders righ in front of him........What a joke...

But good job in general to Dinamo in some way.......

Ok. The second goal is also a joke....
I mean when the pass comes from the right side towards the center , the Spartak defender loses his footing!!!!!!!!! Shocked Shocked Shocked
Another blooper..
Obvioulsly it is all over....The Dinamo forward MUST SCORE...
On top of that the goalkeeper....
Where was he?
I mean at least he should have "closed in" a little ,towards the guy that was about score...
anyways...I guess the only thing he could have done was instead of jumping in the opposite direction WOULD BE to yell at his defenders "Wake up ""
To wrap it up the last segment it was totally a Penalty on the Dinamo attacker big time.
The goal keeper slaps his hand on the foot of the player for a clear penalty and being the last player also a red card...
cheers

I Agree with You Gladiator,The Goalkeeper was a Disgrace even Though he has Ten Men in front of Him,
I Have seen better Goalkeeping on a Sunday Morning, Pub Team.
The last Dynamo Goal was very Good!

Funny he he,
It is always interesting to see football in Ukraine...
last match i saw was Dinamo-Manchester United in Kiev.
Even though I was rooting for MU , ( i think the match ended 4-1 for MU)
I even felt a little bad for the ukranian opponents.
But I enjoyed the experience overall at the satdium seeing how people talk , walk to the stadium,  react to football , etc, in comparison with all parts of the world.

I thought almost the whole team was a disgrace!!!

They looked in a bad way with low confidence, I thought Drogheda put up a better show than that lot last night!

They had terrific support there and they deserved a whole lot better than was served up by their team last night!
