Judging by the queues at Borispol passport control inbound today I think they laid off 70% of the border police. 2 and half hours to get through which was longer than the flight from Munich. What a great impression this is to first time investors/visitors etc. The term a national disgrace, springs to mind.

I've never seen it any different the few times I passed through Borispol. One of the reasons I try to avoid it at all costs now. I much prefer to fly Odessa-Riga and from there to the UK.
