ATM Dilema

OK been here for 10 days now, I have no idea what fees are imposed by whatATM machine and/or exchange rates.

Can someone just tell me what the least "theiving" ATM in town is? I am in the center.

I am withdrawing from a US bank Suntrust and or WashMu.

I am actually headquartered in Russia so having a local bank account here I don't think is possible?

any suggestions?
