Anyone done any real estate investing in or around Kiev? I understand apartment prices have declined recently but land values around the city are going up fast.

there are reports that land prices around Kyiv are going down too...

According to the SV Development company report the average cost of the land plots for the cottages around Kyiv declined during the end of June - beginning of July on 3,61% ($225) and now totaled 5 990 USD per sotka (100 sq.m)

I do not think they give it away online. But they have a website with some stuff on it - http://svdevelopment.com/en/on-line/. The report's data I mentioned was available in a number of mass media sources.
