I would appreciate any information on resolving real estate disputes between local Ukrainian authorities and Western RE investors/owners. Have cases of this kind been covered in the Ukrainian media? How are such disputes typically resolved? Litigation in Ukrainian courts vs. overseas? Arbitration?
