Tired of my poor language skill!

So, I am looking at setting up an INTENSIVE Russian class for Beginners starting around September 7th.  Probably will arrange it for three weeks, at least 2 full hours a day from 1:00 to 3:00.  If anyone else has that much time to invest in trying to kickstart their Russian, give me a PM to see about splitting the costs.

Okay, this is coming together pretty well, or at least so it seems.  So far, I have 3 people besides myself interested.  I am thinking that it should be no larger than 6 people due to the room and balancing having enough people to practice with while still keeping the class small enough for individual attention.  Time period looks like 1:00 until 4:00, Monday through Friday, location at Zoloti Varota, beginning September 7th and ending September 26th. It is for Beginners and early Elementary this round but i am thinking about a repeat for Elementary and early Pre-Intermediate in mid-October if anyone else is interested.

To be clear, I am NOT teaching this, I am taking it myself.

So, it looks like it will be $325 per person, from 1:30PM until 4:30PM, Monday though Friday, for 3 weeks beginning either September 7 or 14.  I arranged a classroom over by Zoloti Vorota and have to commit for the teacher and room by the end of next week (Friday the 7th of August).  The fee equates to about $7.25 per hour.

We will cover basic vocabulary and grammar of introductions, service requests, transportation situations, shopping, restaurant ordering, directions, living needs and elementary grammar.  It is MY goal to come out of it about 200% better than when I entered it.

I want to repeat this around mid-October and again in early December, taking it up a notch each round.

It looks like scam, cuz it's too cheap Grin kidding

I just thought you guys might need some books for that class. I had this "Basic Russian Grammar" on my computer, hope you will find it useful. (It explains everything in English)

http://rapidshare.com/files/134306628/grammar.pdf.html

It's a PDF file (you'll need an Acrobat Reader to view it, but i guess it's installed on most computers. The size of the file is about 3 Mb, and the quality is ok)
