I'm a Latvian in this cork

It could be amazing but I want to find a Latvian (or at least any EU country) contract in this beautiful city of chestnut trees and car corks.  I am 31, a national of Latvia and can fluently speak Latvian, English, Ukrainian and Russian (not to mention other languages like Polish and Belarusian). My wife works here so I do not need any accomodation.
I am a great specialist in media & PR and had had Latvian, Russian, UK, US and UA;-) contracts.
