Ok here I go.

Been here awhile, had a few contacts from some recruiters, but none seem to be at high enough level to cater to what I seek.

If there are indeed high-calibre recruiters with High-caliber positions and celerity of turnaround and closure, read on.

I am interested in working in Kiev or Moscow, with extensive travel possible, as I find ex-CIS to be the new land of opportunity.  I am in negotiations now to get a 3-year contract work in the UAE (United Arab Emirates)

You may contact me here or PREFERABLY on giovanni.guggino@tiscali.it

Let me know soon, as I am considering appointments in Moscow and the UAE as well.  My previous negotiations with a Ukraine Investment Bank have fallen through, as well as with Raffeisen Bank in Kiev.

Financial reasons where the cause.

I am currently working as consultant for private & corporate concerns alike, mainly in EMEA area, as well as remaining on the board of directors of a London boutique investment bank as non-executive director.

This said, I am open to new opportunities and offers, as it seems Ukraine is now more stable than 2007 early 2008.

Regards

I would have thought someone of your pedigree would be better off speaking to the likes of Korn Ferry, Amrop Hever and Egon Zender rather than trawling this site Huh

Thanks for the tip.
I actually know 2 of the three already.
Checked with them, they did not have much on Kiev and a little more on Moscow and UAE.  I am referring to Korn Ferry and Egon Zhender.  The other one was spelled correctly?  Never heard of them.  I am now discussing with Antal International and Michael Page.  The reason I am sifting through here, is that with the "Big" names, it takes like 6 months to get anywhere in the talks.  With a Ukraine recruiter, Brain Source, I got to an interview in 1 week, and a job offer within 3 weeks.  Things fell through because of the political problems there.  So I figured that with the "hungry" mind-set of the local recruiters coupled with their eagerness to grow their business (Michael Page doesn't really mind moving fast, they are a bureaucracy in their own right...) they would move quick and dynamically.  Thanks for the input anyway, Cheers!  Wink
