I am a French national who has been living in Kiev
since September 2006. I have six years experience
managing commercial dealerships in Eastern Europe.
Currently I am looking to advise and develop companies
that would like to establish themselves in Ukraine. I
am available for both short and long term projects. In
addition to my native French, I speak both Russian and
English fluently.

Pascal, look at the Ukrainian job boards, there are always numerous openings for advertising consultants, however, the majority of them are for the internet, so it would depend on your background.
