Hello Shaz.

I've just passed by that street by bus, never lived or walked there. But I've seen some nice blocks there, and depending on the house number you might be even close to a metro station. Should also have good markets around. The downside is that you would be quite away from the center.

Abel.

Hi,i have lived in Shcherbakova,around Number 61.
It is a Main Street with Shops and a Few Banks.
Seemed a Safe as can be Area.
Nivki Metro would be around Number 1-2?. at a Big Roundabout,Metro is on the Red line 7 Stops from Center-Kreschatyk.
Hailing a Taxi would cost 30-40 Hgrivnas to get to City Center.
Ten pin Bowling+Hall in the Area.
If You walk from Nivki Metro Area to Sviatoshin Metro (Stop Eight) Area,There is a Market that runs from halfway up the side of a Main Road to Sviatoshin-Prospekt Peremogue.

Worst place Ive ever lived, Had to carry a gun with me wherever I went  Shocked

Im joking of course,I am not that far away from you close to metro Beresteiska.

There is a Furshet supermarket there and alot of markets, all in all its a very typical region and it doesnt take long to get into the centre by metro but I warn you the red line can be very busy at ALL times not just at peak times!

I live not so far away as well from that area and while people might make fun of you, its quite alright.
