I`m currently living in Southampton with my lovely wife who is from Odessa.

We are considering moving out there next year - generally because we are fed up with dear old blighty!!

Any advice on the purchase of apartment in Odessa at some point will  be greatly appreciated - also I may wish to be involved in some business venture - who knows.

I have been out there many times in the past 8 years & love the place.

As for buying an apartment - no advice until you decide which part of the city you want to be in and if you want new build or old.
