.......... and I am trying the escape Browndom! It will take more than a Milko-Pop to keep me in this God-foresaken region masquerading under "Great Britain". "Great"? Kiss my donkey!

Grrrh! Funny you should say that but I won't humour Moving by saying I happened to marry one!

Oh, Joe ......... ONLY Marmite? Surely Fish 'n' Chips, malt vinegar, Branston Pickles, HP brown sauce, bread for sarnies, Bisto gravy granules, baked beans, pedestrian crossings at which cars actually stop to let you cross, and lots more. Heck, if I go on like this I will never leave!

Nah, Ukraine has so many good things to offer. It is a bit of a culture shock at first but over time, you throw yourself into it and things get easier. Love it!

Carlushika ... I haven`t set foot in the UK for almost 11 years ... not even to visit - it would seem like a foreign land to me if I were to return.

I have spent the last 11 years in Amsterdam, Berlin, Hong Kong, Sydney & Frankfurt - now there are far more things I miss about Germany than the UK. But maybe that is more down to a fading memory after all that yummy German beer.

A few weeks ago I had the task of travelling from Edinburgh to London and stopped off at places during the journey to explore England  Grin

During a trip to a shopping centre with my two daughters, I had no idea what the shop assistant was saying to me in so called English. I had to ask one of my daughters to translate from Bad English into what I consider normal English, so I could buy something. (Point is the shop assistant was ENGLISH also)

Maybe its just my age  Embarrassed

I was so happy to get back to Kyiv, where people speak PERFECT English  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
