Subject: Sending Bulk Business Newsletters

I wonder if someone know from where I can get a sending bulk business newsletter from my PC or hosting account, in fact, user received newsletter with their individual name and email. The application may contain following options:

Add Automatically Person Name in newsletter:
Add Automatically Person Email Address:
Add Automatically Remove option from the list


I would appreciate if any one of you could be of my help.

Mail merge, as advised by our Admin, is quite right. Presumably you are using MS Office Word. If so, then

Tools / Letters and Mailings / Mail Merge

then answer the questions prompted by the wizard.
