Yup, this two-sticked seahorses are strange - and it's true that originally the bank was established based on cooporative philosophy (same as fascism), but the philosophy in my opinion - not the implementation (Mussolini, Franco) - was all right, if primitive.
Guess that today this bank is no better and no worse than the others... Roll Eyes
