Limited Liability Company in Ukraine

Hi there

I have heard about the recent changes in the rules for establishing limited liabilty companies in Ukraine and that a Ukrainian limited liability company cannot have more than 10 shareholders now.  Did anybody came across this issue?

After the recent changes in the law the number of partners in the ltd company is limited with 10.
