Beautiful colors and composition. It does help that the landscape itself is gorgeous!!!!

That's pretty close, depending on how one interprets it. 

It's on Muscovsky, (which has a new name now, which I forget), near the Arsenalna Metro.

Leave the Metro, cross under the street, and walk down that road a few minutes, and it's on the left.

Apparently one can even buy a peacock in Kiev. Saw peacock for sale today.  Huh Huh Huh
Looks like one more business opportunity - a peacock farm. The newly rich will gladly buy those for their dachas Smiley) Huh
