Send attachment with email.

Can this be done?  I think I've done it before.  I know in the forum, like right now, there is the "additional options" area right below where I'm now typing.  But I'm not seeing that when I reply to a message. 

Am I doing something wrong???

Right Click on the Picture/File. - Click on "Send To", Then "Mail Recipient",
Then allow it to "Make Your Picture Smaller",as this will make it easier to pass through the Email Systems.
If You try to Email a Large Attachment it will be Split up ,to send through the Email System.
Yahoo and Hotmail,Email Address`es have Problems recieving and joining up Large Pictures.

Sorry, I should have been more specific.  I'm looking to send a document through the **expatua** email system.  Personal messages!
