Livening up the site

Would admin consider having features like reputation points, thanks etc like redtape.ru forum. It might get more people to post more often?

I am working on the new version of the website which will incorporate many more features including the one you mentioned in your post along with the real time chat and personal blogging service.

My plan is to put the new version online during the summer 2007.
