How to get time to display correctly?

It seems the time is always off by 6 hours.  Is there any way to get the time to display correctly?

Go into your "messages" and you will find a section which will allow you to change it.  You need to put 8 into the autochange and you will get the right time.

Yep, found it, but not in messages.  It's in Profile. 

Now I'm no longer lost somewhere in the space/time continuum.
