A question about receiving e-mail notifications from this forum.

Is there a way to receive e-mail notifications once a new topic is posted in a certain section of the forum.
For example if I only wanted to recive notifications in my e-mail about a new posting, say, in Q& A or Job section or any other ,for that matter ,how can it be done?
